Shipping policy

  1. Standard processing time for orders is 2-4 business days for online orders, and 3-5 business days for orders placed over the phone.
  2. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders are not shipped out after 4PM PST.
  3. Transit times are not guaranteed for regular orders. Transit times are only guaranteed for expedited orders. Expedited services include UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
  4. Mail pickup times at our facility are between 12PM-2PM PST. If an expedited order is received after 1PM PST, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day.
  5. UPS charges an additional fee for expedited weekend delivery dates. (ie: If an order is shipped Next Day Air on Friday, the delivery is guaranteed for Monday unless that extra charge is paid.) If you need an expedited order delivered on a Saturday, please call us and we will walk you through paying the additional fee to guarantee the delivery date.
  6. We ship orders to most international countries and make every effort to ensure the items clear customs, however, we cannot guarantee items will be released by the customs department due to the nature of our goods.
  7. We have no control over how long it takes for international orders to clear customs. Because of this, international orders NEVER have guaranteed delivery dates.
  8. For International Orders: If items are REJECTED and returned to Jedds, only the cost of the items will be refunded. We will not refund the shipping cost for rejected international orders. Buyers assume the risk of products being rejected by customs.
  9. For International Orders: If items are DISCARDED they unfortunately cannot be refunded. Items can only be refunded if they are returned to us. Buyers assume the risk of products being rejected by customs.
  10. We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider. 




  1. The free shipping promotion only applies to select products. The selected products are designated by a U.S. map in the bottom right corner of the product image. All other products are not eligible for free shipping and will require a shipping charge.
  2. There is a $75 minimum subtotal of the select items to get free shipping on the order. Non-select products do not apply towards meeting the $75 minimum. For this reason, we recommend ordering applicable products separately from non-applicable products.
  3. The free shipping promotion does not apply to customers who are enrolled in our Wholesale Program. Unfortunately at this time, we can't offer free shipping on wholesale orders. A shipping charge will be assessed before shipment and an invoice will be sent for an additional payment. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
