Description
A synergistic antibiotic combination for the treatment of Mycoplasmosis and a wide range of other bacterial infections in pigeons and cage birds. The combination of the two antibiotics is a valuable tool in the treatment and prevention of a wide range of upper respiratory infections; including Mycoplasmosis.
Extremely safe. May be used routinely once per month during the racing season for the prevention of upper respiratory diseases, e.g. "Slime-in-the-throat".
Not effective against Chlamydia Psittaci (Psittacosis or Ornithosis). In these cases, doxybiotics must be used.
Composition:
. Amoxycillin trihydrate 5% m/m
. Tylosin tartrate 10% m/m
Dosage Treatment:
. Use only as directed.
. Add 5g ( 1 heaped measure (included)) to 1 liter of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days.
. Change medicated water daily. Treat once a month during the racing season, or after every show.
