  1. Standard processing time for orders is 2-5 business days for online orders, and 3-7 business days for orders placed over the phone. This is subject to change depending on the volume of incoming orders at any given time. USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail are standard shipping services and therefore do not guarantee a transit/delivery time! 
  2. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders are not shipped out after 4PM PST.
  3. Transit times are not guaranteed for regular orders. Transit times are only guaranteed for expedited orders. Expedited services include UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. We are not currently offering expedited shipping services for online orders. If you need to place an expedited order, call our store or email contactus@jedds.com for a quote.
  4. Mail pickup times at our facility are between 12PM-2PM PST. If an expedited order is received after 12PM PST, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day.
  5. UPS charges an additional fee for expedited weekend delivery dates. (ie: If an order is shipped Next Day Air on Friday, the delivery is guaranteed for Monday unless that extra charge is paid.) If you need an expedited order delivered on a Saturday, please call us and we will walk you through paying the additional fee to guarantee the delivery date.
  6. We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider. 

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION RULES

 

  1. The free shipping promotion only applies to select products. The selected products are designated by a U.S. map in the bottom right corner of the product image. All other products are not eligible for free shipping and will require a shipping charge.
  2. There is a $75 minimum subtotal of the select items to get free shipping on the order. Non-select products do not apply towards meeting the $75 minimum. For this reason, applicable products must be ordered separately from non-applicable products. If non-applicable products are ordered with $75 or more worth of free-shipping products, a partial shipping refund will not be provided.
  3. The free shipping promotion does not apply to customers who are enrolled in our Wholesale Program. Unfortunately at this time, we can't offer free shipping on wholesale orders. A shipping charge will be assessed before shipment and an invoice will be sent for an additional payment. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
