Jedds staff was great in guiding me how to administer to my 2 chickens with lash eggs, I gave 2 pills per day for 10 days, chickens had very little watery poop on certain days but overall great easy product to work with.
Ordered amoxicillin, they sent me doxycycline. Paid for faster shipping, didnt arrive in time frame was suppose to. Was days later. Definately not what I ordered. Emailed their normal customer support for help the day it came, then noticed another email used if you need help right away w an order, ect. Sent email. Ended up sending total of 4 emails and 2 phone calls w messages left. Still havent heard back from them. I will never use this company again. No customer service whatsoever.

I used to use Moxidectin horse wormer, this is so much easer to mix. I like Moxi because of the way it keeps external Parasites off your birds. The birds drink like there's nothing in there water.
Ordered two bottles of 100 and only received 1, emailed two different emails that are on the site and got no response. Extremely disappointed the fact that I buy supplies and merchandise on here all the time I get done wrong especially because I bought the second bottle for my father who needed to medication for his birds.
