I read the shipping policy for eligibility for free shipping. I selected ONLY items that were eligible and total was over $75. I called both numbers listed and sent an email why shipping cost is still there but didn't purchased. Days later, no response at all, decided to purchase 4 items totaled to $76.35 which all show they are ELIGIBILE for free shipping if over $75 and if I'm charged I'll call to have them reimburse me. Days later didn't see any email on a reimbursement so I decided to call and got ahold of Jedds. The lady refused to issue me a refund and kept arguing the items I selected were not eligible. I told them I have screenshots to prove they are eligible. The lady agreed to send them the screenshots. I sent them an email with *URGENT* in the title and the screenshots to prove all items ARE ELIGIBLE hoping they will make it right. Horrible response and experience! Stick to Vitaking! Vitaking have great customer service, refund shipping cost difference if you're overcharged, refund if they're short on the quantity you ordered, great response time!
