This vaccine was delivered in EXCELLENT condition, very well insulated, and still cool to the touch, despite the extreme weather temperatures. Over several years,I have had this vaccine shipped from various providers, unfortunately several times the vaccine was hot, and the shipping package was wet. I'm very confident buying from this provider.

I feel like this is a joke. Don't get me wrong - love the product. I also ordered the Doxyvet Liquid at the same time, July 28, which I did not receive. I received instead Moxyvet liquid, a bird wormer. I have been trying to get this rectified ever since, to no avail at all. I have sent no less than four emails and repeated calls. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have not received a single acknowledgement of any kind, much less getting the actual product I ordered. I still want my Doxyvet Liquid. Please.
