Dosage and Administration:
. Step 1 - One day before shipping to the race add your Home Art Lab PERFORMANCE PLUS W as usual. To this add 1 teaspoon of Home Art Lab FORMULA 72 to one gallon of water.

Step 2 - On day of shipping to the race add Home Art Lab PERFORMANCE PLUS BOOSTER as usual. To this add 1 teaspoon of Home Art Lab FORMULA 72 to 1 gallon of drinking water.

. Also you must add 6 drops of Home Art Lab ALPHA 7 to the above.
. This must be there sole source of water.
. Race team should have complete rest on day of shipping after morning excercise.
