I don’t received the package and I did contact the customer service a lot time by email and phone not answer and I still don’t get any response back to resolve the issue

This is a great feeder. The birds cant perch on it, and by and large, the feed is kept clean. They are also prone to eating the feed down, and there is little scatter. Good deal.
