I feel like this is a joke. Don't get me wrong - love the product. I also ordered the Doxyvet Liquid at the same time, July 28, which I did not receive. I received instead Moxyvet liquid, a bird wormer. I have been trying to get this rectified ever since, to no avail at all. I have sent no less than four emails and repeated calls. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I have not received a single acknowledgement of any kind, much less getting the actual product I ordered. I still want my Doxyvet Liquid. Please.
First time using the product. Just want to get some additional vitamins to my birds.
It’s really good if you’re treating a a single or some pigeons. It really works. But if you need to treat a whole flock in your loft. It’s not for you. I do hope that they make this in powder.
