This review is not for the product, which is fine; it is for the really disappointing customer service. Very quickly after ordering, I realized I had already ordered this item a few weeks earlier. I immediately sent an email, after first attempting to call the toll-free number in the “Contact Us” section of the website (not in service). This was followed by two more attempts to email, my attempt to cancel this duplicate order before it was filled and shipped.
NONE OF THE EMAILS EVER GOT A REPLY… still haven’t.
My package arrived several days later, and now I will have to ship it back, at my expense, no doubt. There is supposed to be a 30-day return policy, but I’m skeptical whether this will truly result in a refund. If customer service is this bad, I’ll probably be completely ignored. It’s a MAJOR disappoint when a company I’ve ordered from several times ignores a steady customer. For many products, they’re “the only game in town.” They carry so many things I need regularly for my birds.
Perhaps they will reach out and make this right; that would be a nice surprise.

I'll never buy from you guys again, it took to long to receive my order. I'm in California and that's unacceptable. I had to send 2 emails asking for my order before it was processed to be shipped.
Took care of an infection in my rat that doxyciline wasn't able to treat. I did dilute it with water for the correct dosage. For people saying it didnt arrive or it didn't arrive in time, things happen. I order and keep a few bottles on hand just in case. When infection hits sometimes even a few day to wait is too long.
