I like the product but the plastic panels always get broken during shipping. I have purchased these cages from Jedd's multiple times and even emailed Jedd's and asked them to pack the plastic panels more carefully to prevent breakage, but this request was not acknowledged or fulfilled. I also emailed Jedd's and asked if it would be possible for me to buy replacement panels since the original ones arrived broken, but no response. Considering the high price of these cages and the very steep shipping charges, receiving broken products and almost nonexistent customer service is a serious disappointment.

Jedds first time buyer here. I ordered the 25 lb box of millet spray and recieved a 5 lb box. When I called them, they were apologetic and quickly resent a 25lb box of the millet sprays. They even told me to keep the 5lb box. Great customer service. The 25lb box looks very healthy, and my wild Painted Buntings are going to love it!
