I ordered the pmv, salmonella and pox vaccine combo kit. They did a great job packaging it with cold packs and taking all the measures that they could. Unfortunately, the product was 71°. Fahrenheit, when it arrived to me, which means it's no good. And my money unfortunately went down the drain. They did put a disclaimer stating that they are not responsible for warm vaccines (for lack of better words). I would love if they would meet the customers in the middle to make up for it have knowing the likely outcome however I will continue to use them and guess it was worth a shot. Thank you for the quick shipping and effort to deliver a cold product. Your efforts were very apparent. The result was simply the nature of the climate and conditions.
An absolute must after a course of antibiotics. I always have this on hand.
This is a very safe product for anyone who has any suspicion that their bird may have mites or concerned about their birds health. My parakeets are more active, get along with each other better and stop scratching after 1 dose. Product does not make birds sick and is very easy to administer. A must have for all bird owners!
